Kathmandu BernHardt SS/College organized a productive faculty meeting with the Management Team to discuss key areas of classroom management, student academic enhancement, and the effective implementation of academic and co-curricular activities.
The meeting focused on strengthening teaching and learning practices and creating a more supportive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment. Faculty members discussed practical approaches to improve students’ academic performance, classroom participation, discipline, and overall development.
The session was chaired by Chairman Mr. Bhupesh Chhatkuli, whose leadership and guidance emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among the management and faculty members. The meeting was also graced by the presence of Principal Mr. Purushottam Bista and Vice Principal Mr. Shiv Ram Rijal, along with the Coordinators from the Science and Management streams.
The discussion provided an important platform for faculty members and the management team to share ideas, review existing practices, and plan strategies for further academic improvement. Particular emphasis was placed on effective classroom management, student-centered teaching approaches, academic monitoring, and the successful organization of upcoming activities.
